Things that don’t stop you

## Common worries that don't stop you.

None of them is a barrier on its own:

-   **Being autistic or neurodivergent**, as many of our patients are.
-   **A mental-health condition**, as long as it’s reasonably stable.
-   **Having transferred from another provider**, or having self-medicated.
-   **Living outside England**: Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or overseas all follow the same pathway.

Under 18?

### We’re an adults-only service

So we’re not able to treat anyone under 18, or to accept a diagnosis made before your 18th birthday. If you’re under 18, your GP can talk you through the support that’s available to you.
