# Appointment scheduling.

How review timing works during titration and once your hormone levels are stable. Most follow-ups are flexible: exam season, work, travel, and surgery dates can all be planned around.

Review cadence

## Every 6 months at first, then annually.

Months 0-6

### First follow-up

Roughly six months after your in-clinic visit, with fresh bloods organised 6 weeks before. We review levels, symptoms, and adjust dose or formulation if needed.

Year 1-2

### 6-monthly reviews

Reviews continue every 6 months while you titrate and stabilise. During active dose adjustments, we may review every 3-6 months instead.

Once stable

### Annual reviews + £40 plan

After 2+ years of continuous care, nearly all patients qualify for annual reviews and the £40/month plan. Confirmed at your follow-up with clinician approval.

Flexibility

## Appointments flex around your life.

- **A 1-2 month delay** beyond the due date is usually fine; rebook when you can.
- **Time-specific requests** (after 16:00, early morning, certain days) can usually be matched to clinician availability.
- **Cancellation list:** ask to be added if you want an earlier slot when one frees up.
- **Surgery imminent**, medication low, or other clinical urgency: ask for priority.
- **Two-year hiatus** requires a fresh in-clinic visit and updated bloods to reactivate care.
