No consult charges, no per-prescription fees, no minimum term. ## Your monthly plan includes: Routine follow-up appointments Every six months while we settle your regimen, then once a year once you're stable. After your first in-person visit, follow-ups can be by video, phone or in clinic — at our London, Stafford or Exeter locations, whichever suits you. Phone calls with your clinician Whenever something comes up between reviews, talk it through with the nursing team who actually knows your care — never a call centre or a bot. Anything urgent, like running low on hormones, is prioritised for a same-day response. Written prescriptions Issued promptly by your named prescriber, with no charge per prescription. We prescribe with cost in mind and point you towards a safe, affordable pharmacy. GP & clinic letters Shared-care packs and follow-up summaries for your GP, plus support letters for travel, employers, banking or surgery — all included, never the £59 pay-as-you-go fee. GHC Portal access (web and mobile app) Your whole record in one place, on web or the mobile app: download every letter and document, and get SMS and email reminders for upcoming appointments, bloods that are due, and when it's time to reorder your prescription. Clinical & admin support By email or through the portal. Admin queries are answered within three working days and clinical ones within five — with urgent concerns, like severe side effects, prioritised for the same day. Please note Medication is not included Medication is paid at your pharmacy - typically £30–£60/month privately, about £9.90 an item on NHS shared care. Blood tests can be included monthly otherwise they cost £120–£149 per panel via Randox, typically twice in your first 2 years. No. Your membership is fully rolling, month to month - you can pause or cancel any time, with no minimum term, no notice period and no cancellation fee. The monthly plan suits almost everyone. The one exception is private medical insurance: insurers need to be billed **per service**, so if you're claiming through cover you'll be on pay-as-you-go instead. Pay-as-you-go isn't a general alternative to the plan — it's only for patients paying through insurance, or already set up on it with us. Typically from your third year of continuous care, once your hormone levels are stable, your clinician moves you to £40/month with one appointment per year (instead of two). It happens automatically when you're eligible, with no admin on your side. Can I pause or cancel? Yes — the monthly plan is fully rolling with no minimum term. Pause any time (for travel, a hormone holiday, exams or money) and charges stop; cancel any time too. Please tell us as early as you can if money is tight. We'll work with you to keep your care going. Can I use private medical insurance? Yes. You pay upfront and claim it back from your insurer. Insurance patients are billed per service (pay-as-you-go) rather than on the monthly plan, and medication is rarely covered. How much do letters cost? Non-medical letters (travel, banking, employment, electrolysis or surgical support) are free on the monthly plan (£59 otherwise). We can also provide passport support letters once you're an active patient who has started treatment. What happens if I miss a payment? Our system retries over the following week with a short grace period. We'll only pause your plan rather than let arrears build up — clear the balance and you're straight back on. What if I'm struggling financially? Please email us. We can sometimes hold a slot or talk through options, and we actively help reduce ongoing costs through shared care, cheaper pharmacies, and cost-aware prescribing.
