# Switching to us from another provider.

Moving your care to us (from another private clinic, the NHS, an overseas provider, or from self-medicating) is something we do all the time, and we’ll make it as smooth as we can.

How it works

## The same safe pathway, however you arrive.

Even if you’re already established on hormones, you’ll follow the same pathway: an initial video consultation, then **one in-person appointment** before we prescribe. This keeps your care safe and properly documented.

We don’t offer “bridging” on someone else’s regimen without assessing you first, but once we have, we’ll carry your care forward without unnecessary changes.

What to bring

## Have these ready.

- **Your signed diagnosis** of gender dysphoria or gender incongruence.
- **Details of your current medication** and when you started it.
- **Your most recent prescription** and recent blood results.

If a medication you’re on isn’t available in the UK, we’ll help you find an equivalent.

## Ready to move your care?

Send us an enquiry and tell us where you’re coming from, and we’ll take it from there.
