Blood tests results are required to be uploaded via the link provided prior to your follow up appointment. It is vitally important that we receive these results otherwise we will unfortunately be unable to make any recommendations or adjustments to your prescription.

Please check our last correspondence to you and your GP for the blood tests that we have requested for your follow up appointment.

Before uploading your results, please read the following information carefully:

Your blood results must be a copy of the original results given by the GP or provider. Your results must be in the form of either a .pdf, .jpg, .rtf or a word document. Anything typed up/copied and pasted into a body of an email/word document will unfortunately not be compatible with our software. Results must contain the patient's name and date of birth. Results must contain the date the results were collected. Numerical values for the results of the blood test for each level must be detailed.
