After Your 2 Year Payment Plan Ends
After the conclusion of your 2-year payment plan, your hormone treatment will be seamlessly transferred to our convenient pay-as-you-go plan.
Please bear in mind that the pay-as-you-go option is exclusively accessible to those who have successfully completed the initial 2-year plan.
What is the PAYG Plan?
With our pay-as-you-go plan, you have the flexibility to pay for your treatment as you need it, ensuring convenience and cost-effectiveness. By the time you complete the second year of treatment, your gender affirming hormone therapy is likely to have stabilised, resulting in follow up review appointments required annually rather than every 6 months.

Why is PAYG only available after the Payment Plan?
During the initial two years of treatment, close monitoring of your care is crucial to avoid any adverse side effects and to ensure you achieve optimal serum blood levels and your individual transitioning goals. To encourage patients to schedule regular appointments with us during this period, the pay-as-you-go plan is only offered to those who have successfully completed their first two years of treatment.
