Follow Up Blood Tests

Before you book in your follow up appointment, we require  blood tests to be sent to us and approved to make sure there is no delays with receiving or having incomplete results for your appointment.

To find the blood tests required for your appointment, please see your previous follow up letter, sent to yourselves and your GP detailed your updated prescriptions and required blood tests for monitoring.

If you are unsure of where to find this information, you can request a copy from your GP.

Where Can I Get My Blood Tests Done?

Your General Practice should allow for you to get your bloods tested via the NHS, however, in the event that they refuse for whatever reason, we have detailed below some alternatives.

Please note in the event that your GP refuses to perform the test or requires a letter, we are unfortunately, unable to provide this, as we are not an NHS clinic.
