Assistant Clinical Lead
Beth Davies RN NMP (She / Her)
Bethany has worked within our hormone team since January 2022. She has a BA (Hons) in Fine Art and a Postgraduate Diploma in Adult Nursing. Bethany qualified as a registered nurse in 2019, she began working as a staff nurse in an infectious disease ward where she was trained to look after high-consequence infectious diseases patients. Her biggest accomplishment is knowing she was one of the first nurses to help during the pandemic, having looked after the first confirmed patient with coronavirus in the United Kingdom. She believes that this fearful time shaped her to be the nurse she is today; her ethos is to always put her patients first, be compassionate and provide holistic person-centered care.
Bethany applied for her role at GHC as she has a true passion for transgender and non-binary healthcare, along with being an activist and ally to the LGBTQIA+ community. She is extremely grateful to have been given the opportunity to help improve the lives of transgender and non-binary individuals. She enjoys being part of their journeys and listening to their experiences. She hopes to educate people on transgender and non-binary healthcare, aspiring for equality amongst everyone.
