Lydia Giddings

Lydia is an experienced prescriber whose practice is guided by a deep respect for patient autonomy and the informed consent model. She believes that every individual is the expert in their own experience, and her role is to provide clinical knowledge, safety, and ongoing support.

Her expertise spans feminising, masculinising, and non-binary hormone therapy, with particular skill in ongoing monitoring, dose titration, and navigating the nuances of each patient’s unique treatment plan.

Lydia is committed to patient education, ensuring every person she works with understands their options, the expected timeline of changes, and how to manage their health throughout treatment. She holds the RCN Gender Health Certification and is a member of EPATH.
