Nurses are at the heart of our clinic.
The Gender Hormone Clinic is nurse-led. Our clinicians run consultations, manage hormone regimes, interpret bloods and hold long-term relationships with the people we care for. As we grow across our London, Stafford and Exeter clinics, we're always interested in meeting nurses who share our values.
There may not be a specific vacancy advertised today, but our application is always open. When a role opens, the people who've already introduced themselves are the first we speak to.

Registered
NMC-registered nurse
A current NMC registration in good standing. Experience in gender, endocrine, sexual health or primary care is welcome but not essential, as we train.
Affirming
Genuinely patient-centred
You lead with warmth and respect, work within an informed-consent model, and treat every person who walks in as the expert on their own life.
Thorough
Safe and detail-led
Comfortable with monitoring, blood interpretation and clear clinical record-keeping, and confident liaising with GPs on shared care.
