We see patients in Fitzrovia (London), Stafford, and Exeter. Every patient must attend at least one in-person appointment to begin therapy. Afterwards, follow-ups can be remote.

At your in-clinic visit

What to expect.

Bring with you

  • Photo ID: passport, driving licence, or blue badge (expired or in a previous name is fine)
  • Deed poll proof if you've legally changed your name
  • Completed consent and registration forms (sent to you in advance)

During the appointment

  • Blood pressure check, height/weight, BMI
  • In-body composition scan
  • Review of your bloods and medical summary
  • Signing of the treatment consent form
  • If everything is safe, your first prescription is issued the same day

Time and cost

  • 45-55 minutes for the appointment itself
  • 15-minute lateness grace; up to 30 mins if the diary permits
  • Trainee may be present; consent always requested
  • Covered by your monthly plan, or £400 PAYG

After the first visit

Most follow-ups can be remote.

Once your initial in-person appointment is done, follow-up reviews can be by video or phone unless you prefer to come in. We see most patients every 6 months for the first two years, then annually once levels are stable.
