A note for our existing patients
We're catching up, and we're sorry for the wait.
We've had a period of exceptionally high demand while moving our records and bookings onto new systems. For some of you that has meant slower replies, delayed approvals, or a confirmation that didn't arrive when it should have. That isn't the standard of care we hold ourselves to, and we're genuinely sorry.
We're working through everything as quickly as we safely can. If something of yours has slipped through, please don't sit and worry, flag it below and we'll prioritise it.

- A callback about something time-sensitive or clinically important
If your request is a medical emergency, please contact 999, NHS 111, or your GP. This form is monitored during clinic hours and isn't for emergencies.
What we're doing
Continuously improving
We've brought in more support across our admin and clinical teams, and we're clearing the backlog day by day. We're also tightening how appointments, bloods and prescriptions are tracked so nothing slips through again. Thank you for your patience while we get there.

We're rolling out a new Patient Portal that works beautifully on your phone: book and manage appointments, submit bloods, and request prescriptions from one place, making your care far easier to stay on top of.
