Request a prescription

Prescriptions are only issued when you ask for one, they are not sent out automatically, so please submit this form each time, ideally two weeks before you run out. Routine requests are usually turned around in 2-3 working days; allow up to 5 at busy times. We send prescriptions electronically via Signature Rx; any UK pharmacy can dispense.

For urgent needs (less than 2 weeks of supply, imminent travel, or a clinic delay) tick the urgent box and explain. We can issue short-term bridging prescriptions if your last bloods are under 6 months old; longer gaps trigger an accelerated review.

On the £55/month plan, prescriptions are included. Pay-as-you-go patients are charged £59 per prescription. You pay the pharmacy separately for the medication.
