Reschedule an appointment

Move an upcoming booking to a different date. Free with 7+ days' notice; a £75 late-cancellation fee applies inside that window unless waived for genuine emergencies.

Notice and fees

Plan ahead where you can.

Rescheduling with at least 7 days' notice is free. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or arriving more than 15 minutes late incur a £75 fee, waived for genuine emergencies (rail disruption, A&E admission, bereavement).

If we have to cancel due to an admin error or double-booking, the next available slot is offered without a fee.

Replacement slots are held for 24 hours pending payment confirmation if applicable.
